Fact that i would hear the sound of the ocean. very therapeutic. the location is also very good. the mall is nearby. the area is clean and there were no noticeable noises as it is always the case in south africa.

There is no generator on the property so if power is disrupted there is no back up power. No back up lights in the unit.
