Umhlanga Kruger

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Kruger National Park area. The house offers three spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. The design of the place is thoughtful and beautiful, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed spending time in the living room and outdoor area every day. One of the highlights of our stay was the peaceful and quiet environment. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a long day of driving in Kruger National Park. The surroundings are safe, and we were lucky enough to see wildlife such as baboons, hedgehogs, and mongooses walking around nearby, which made the experience even more special. The location is very convenient — Kruger National Park is just around the corner, and there is also a grocery store and gas station close by. We would like to extend a special thank you to the owners and to Collin, the manager, who was always in touch with us and ready to help with any questions we had. His support made our stay even more comfortable. The property is very well maintained, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy a unique experience in a natural and tranquil setting. As pets are not allowed, the atmosphere remains calm, allowing you to fully enjoy the sounds of nature from morning to evening. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. This is a perfect choice for anyone planning to stay for a few nights while exploring the Kruger area. During our stay, we did notice mosquitoes visiting regularly, which is quite natural given the surroundings. Having mosquito nets could make the experience even more comfortable for guests. That said, there are fans and air conditioning units in each bedroom, which helped to make the nights more pleasant and restful.

The location and the surroundings

The place is too hot for not having aircon in all the rooms. I didn't like the fact that the aircons were not working and the fact that one bedroom doesn't have the aircon in it. The owner is supposed to check if all the aircons are working before accepting the visitors.

We liked everything about the house and the location very peaceful

No iron facilities

Everything was spotless and the house had everything we needed.
