Excellent view and location, very spacious apartment

Needs some general maintenance - property ageing a bit

The Host kept checking up on us from the time we landed until we arrived at the property and we were well received.

I requested a cot bed from way back in my booking and was promised its availability in the room upon arrival, asked the host again upon arrival and he said he’ll bring but never did. So it was a little hard as the baby fell off the bed and hurt herself.

The location right by the beach and the view of the city were great.

The apartment made a rather worn-out impression. It seemed quite lived-in and could use some refreshing. Apart from the location and the view, it was not really luxurios but rather average.

It is advertised as luxury accommodation however the unit is in need of repairs/refurbishment. Flooring snd tiles broken. Every room and ceiling is black, it would be nice if it were freshened up with lighter colours. I think it was a bit expensive considering the condition.

The view is amazing. The location is good with some good places to eat and drink.
