Spacious Luxury 3 Bedroom Apartment B401 Sea Spray

We liked the location of the property and the privacy we had. The apartment is very spacious and accommodated us well.

1. The property was not clean, the balcony area was the most dirty place upon our arrival and the staff only cleaned it when we asked about how dirty the area was, the windows made it hard for us to even see the beautiful sea view with windows closed, some windows in the living area could not open, as it seems they are not open regularly. 2. We asked the staff for a mop and bucket so that we can keep our space clean during our stay, and we were promised to receive it the next day but, that promise was not kept. 3. Overall it was quite dusty in most areas.

Location was great Views were perfect Area is quite and that’s what we liked Property is a catch and has beautiful furniture

Balcony and braai area were dirty and we couldn’t use them for the our entire stay Balcony furniture needs to be changed as well as tiling We are expected to clothe property however there’s no mop to use Host was asked to send us someone to clean the balcony but that was never done

It is a beachfront apartment and close to the shops.the place is so quite you can just hear the sea waves and enjoy looking at the sunset

We struggled with the downlights plugs,sometimes when you try to switch it on the lights will still be off.

INVERTERS OR THE ALTERNATIVE TO BE IN PLACE TO OVERCOME ISSUE OF LOADSHEDDING. THERE WAS ONLY ONE SMALL EMERGENCY LIGHT IN PLACE WHICH IS NOT ENOUGHT FOR SUCH PLACE. CLIENTS STAY MORE THAN 2 DAYS MUST BE OFFERED FREE CLEANING ASSISTANCE.
