55 on Main Guesthouse and Spa

Was not aware that guests had to leave at 8pm. I read this afterwards. My guests left about 12pm. I apologize for this. However, I don't think it can be assumed that all people are the kind that make people sleep over in a small room meant for 2 people.

All the foreign gods in the corridor. It was kind of creepy. But everything else was emacculate.

Modern and comfortable. Safe and secure. Very friendly staff. Neat and clean. Convenient location.

Shower door needs attention. Few cutlery items short.

The units were spacious and comfortable. There was a TV with Netflix in each room, and a good free wifi connection. The communal kitchen had all the facilities that you need, and you could also sit on the balcony.

The area is not great and there was a vagrant that seems to sleep just outside the building, that was shouting and swearing and making as much noise as possible at nights and early mornings. This would carry on for hours on end. Needless to say, this would wake you up!! The train station is just accross the road from the building and the first floor did not have much Seaview as advertised. You had better Seaview from the second floor. There is no elevators and the steps becomes a challenge when you have luggage to carry.

Love everything about this spot! Staff are friendly and well informed. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Decor is fun and well appointed. Prices are affordable. Great little coffee stations and communal cooking or relaxing areas. Secure parking. Will definitely book again!

The location is great-close to the beach, various retail stores, train stations and a short walk to Kalk Bay.

No complaints, it was a pleasant stay
