The property was ready for our arrival and we could access without any fuss. The accommodation is well equipped and all necessary elements are seen to - even in house shopping opportunity if you forgot to pack some essentials.

There is nothing to not like, the property is superb and the facilities are great. The bedding is comfy and the equipment in the flat caters for every need, there is nothing missing here.

"Lovely Cottages in Coffee Bay"

The units are very well appointed, very clean. Definitely book only seafacing units (upstairs unit the best). Very secure. Keys collected from lockbox all well as per hosts WA well in advance & not a problem. Very good communication from host. She helped us to arrange dinner, suggested transport to Coffee Bay & was most accommodating. had a lovely dinner at suggested restaurant next to Cottages20.

The wifi was down for the duration of our stay (together with the intermittent rainy weather we experienced we actually left 1 day earlier) - she did upon arrival notify me that router would be replaced the following Monday. With the wifi being down & there being no Vodacom signal in the area (& poor MTN signal) her WAs sent after our check-in (eg re activation of alarm system at night) was not received - I only received this notification the following day when I was back in Vodacom signal area so we could have had better services if we had received notifications earlier. Hole-in-the-Wall is beautiful but the whole Coffee Bay area is run down, poor & a general awareness of security is needed.

"Good location with a good seaview"

Clean unit with all we needed and more. Nice to wake up and hearing the sea waves and also having a nice seaview. Host was super helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible. All in all the family enjoyed the stay. Kids were happy, wife happy. Happy wife happy life...
