Location to the beach.

If you are staying on the first floor- you can hear everything that is happening upstairs. No option for fresh towels (unless you pay for your laundry) $225.00 cleaning fee - when you pretty much do the cleaning.

Everything about the property and quality of communication and access was stellar!

Ants in the bathroom, but hey, that’s life.

Since there were few guests during our stay, we were given a free upgrade to an ocean view room! It was fabulous! Hosts were very responsive to requests, such as a hair dryer and fresh bedsheets in the middle of our 1 week stay. Both Pete and Maddie were very knowledgable about Kauai activities and places to eat.

I wish the screen doors could lock for security if we wanted to let the evening air in (rather than locking the glass doors and using the a/c). Even tho it was a safe neighborhood, I just personally need that feeling of security. (However, we did just close the screen doors on our last night with no problems. It's just my active imagination!)

The property was very clean, close to the beach. About a 5min walk, and they had coffee in the room and soap and shampoo in the shower. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for use.

Nothing, the owner Pete was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

The location and staff wonderful!

The building was very old without much upkeep in the rooms. The grounds were beautiful and were kept up nicely. However, I enjoyed my stay there and loved the privacy of the separate units!

The property is very pretty and great location just right around the corner from the ocean. It was very quiet and it was so wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful nature from our patio. The bed was very comfortable too.

The bathroom and kitchen fixtures could use some updating. Everything worked just fine but they are all old and dated looking.

Convenient to the beach

The apartment was hot when we arrived and took a few hours to cool down. Jalousie window panes were broken out in the sitting area. AC mini split is underpowered for the apartment.
