"Disappointed"

This booking was for my Birthday hence the location was perfect.

The appliances is not what is advertised, the bathroom basin and kitchen sink needs new stops water just drains out. The side table broken rust on bottle opener and bathroom mirror and tray which is used for condiments. There was poop on the bathroom wall, on checkout I waited until someone came to clean the place so I could show her. I didn't not sleep there the last night. I was told a heater will be arranged but it wasn't there. The response is poor when you call no one answers. Pretty much disappointed.

"I didnt rest at night - very uncomfortable bed. invest in a bed please!"

The bathroom was good.

The location is ok. However the bed is very bad! I went back home tired that I came. The place should invest in good beds. Bed was hollow and uncomfortable. The room is too full

Everything about the apartment was good ,location, security etc I would definitely book again but with a different unit

I didn't like the direction the window was facing ,it's towards a parking lot and there is not enough natural light coming in ,you would think it's cloudy
