The property catered for all our needs. Very clean. I also enjoyed the coffee from the nespresso machine provided. The checking in and out was seamless and the host, Nicole, was extremely helpful.

"VERY BAD AND DIRTY"

If the place would be cleaner....The kitchen utensils were very dirty....and the bathroom generally was not pleasing. Cracked walls and dust.

The place was not clean. The TV was not working properly. Wifi kept going off. The owner asked me to give a rating of 10 before my checkout. This makes me question the credibility of these reviews. You cannot impose someone to give you a rating of 10 just for marketing purposes when it doesn't even deserve it. This is very unprofessional. Upon arrival the host told us that our luggage was too much for the apartment. This made us feel so unwelcome.

Beautiful scenery. Host was efficient in response. Very well equipped for all necessary needs within the apartment .

-No laundry washer besides the laundromat which was over priced and had many complaints of not washing laundry correctly . -A bit small for a family of 3 . -The stair case. -Very cramped.

"Excellent"

The location was great. Easy walk to the groceries and nice restaurants. The place was very well kept and provided for the necessary to enjoy the stay. The pocket sea view was a bonus and priced very fair for Cape Town.

The apartment complex looked a bit old, but it was quiet which was what I needed. The neighbourhood cats made the stay pleasant too.
