The host was amazing and friendly. The apartment was clean and airy. Extra blankets were on hand for the cold nights, coffee capsules, milk and some drinks were also provided. That was very kind of the host. The lawns are well maintained and the surroundings beautiful. Graham should let me know of his other apartments and I would recommend to visitors since the host was 10 stars.

The lift were not working but this was out of the host control. That would be the only thing.

Location allows access to shopping area at walking distance.

Poor internet connection. The speed of connection was too low.

The place is very good for relaxation. We spend days and months at work ICP is is good for distressing.We have been well welcomed and the rooms were neat,everything was orderly. The apartment owner was very friendly and always available when we needed advice

Location, location, location!!! The property is literally next door to Century City, 5 min tops walk to the food court entrance. Security is also visible and comforting, also incredibly helpful. Also for people using Uber, they are allowed to come right up to the building entrance instead of waiting outside the main gates.

Unfortunately the property wasn’t very clean. On the surface it comes across as pretty neat, however it is very obvious that a proper deep cleaning hasn’t been done in a while. From grease stains on kitchen cupboards and walls, to old cobwebs and gecko poop beneath the fan when we moved it to plug it in. I understand though that we were the first visitors after a long term tenant had lived there, and it is pretty common for long term renters to leave a place a mess.
