The location is good

It’s a residential house with the outside rooms converted into a lodge. They don’t even have a reception, they meet you outside. Then the next thing people started working and making so much noise. Then suddenly they closed the water without any warning.

The staff was great. The owner or manager however... be careful not to encounter him. He will shout at you and harrass you in your room!

No hot water on first night, some plugs do not work, bathroom lights and room lights are all conmected. No other lights in the room. Either very bright or nothing.

Didnt know there was a breakfast!!!!

Room wasn't dusted Lots of spiderwebs everywhere There was no hot water!!! The TV couldn't be used - remote broken?! I was told I could use the electric blanket Still trying to find the power supply I just slept in my jersey There is clearly a miscommunication between the management and staff Thabiso, who is very friendly, did not know I was coming???? Said she would have cancelled my accommodation if she had known because the geyser was broken

"If the place gets cleaned it will be much better"

The location is great.

It's very dirty. The shower is super dirty. No toilet paper or towels when we arrived. Had to buy our own. Basin had cigarette ash in.
