"Great value in friendly setting"

"Not happy about the hot water situation"

Place in a good neighborhood

The shortage of hot water in the morning. There was no hot water at 07:00 and when I went to ask, they just said “oh, it means the hot water is finished”. If you know there’s such a problem, why not find ways to fix it?

Good value for money. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location is 5 minutes away from Menlyn and Time Square Arena. Safe within a gated community.

We were attending a concert in Sun Arena,so it was closer .

Hot water finishing up too quickly and the fact that their gate isn’t remote controlled .You have to open and close for yourself and it’s heavy .
