The apartment had a bad smell the curtains was never washed the had rodents in the house the lights inside was so bad the bath and toilets are all broken this weekend was a total horror and embarrassment to me my guests even left next morning very upset with me for booking this place I always stay in this building when on holiday 101 and 202 never once was I disappointed 😥

Location was amazing. Property was huge.

The gas braai is broken. The braai stand is broken. The stove doesn't work, we assume the gas was finished. The shower in the main bedroom is faulty. Only one aircon works. The house needs pestcontrol to much insects and cockroach especially in the kitchen.

We had no lights as punishment of noise which was not from us, noise came from beach club and security witnessed the noise. I was charged R2 000 to restore light which never happened and I never received a refund still

No back.up.for.loadshedding Got stuck for 45 mins at the gate becos of loadshedding. Stove too complicated to use Braai thing very old could not use it Back gate for easy access to.the beach , padlock couls not open I wont come back.again

It was spacious and comfortable.

The room with an open-plan bathroom with the bedroom. It's not hygienic. Not enough windows for fresh air.

the deposit was not communicated on time, even on the website it wasnt said. We found out 1 week before our trip that we have R2000 deposit that we need to pay.

The apartment was great
