Admittedly I only booked on the day of arrival. I received several emails saying that confirmation could not be confirmed, then made alternative arrangements. The confirmation was only sent that evening and I received it the next day. However I was charged for the booking for non-arrival. Several emails have been ignored.

Heide cottage was quiet, clean and comfortable, ideal for our needs.

I think the winter duvet was the bedding, it would have been better with a lighter one. I felt it too hot but not warm enough with just the sheet.

The additional kichen / braai area is absoluut wonderful. Location is near the boardwalk and their helpfulness is remarkable!! The visit was to short. Thanks for all you info and assistance. We can recommend Heide Cottage!!
