"Very Good"

Location

Charging r500 fee and wanting it cash with no communication about this before booking . Property is getting old and not well maintained, was there 3 years ago and it’s debilitated

"I’ll never book that place again"

The place is terrible. Only the night security guard called Cebolenkosi was nice. When we arrive he was the one ushering us to room. There was no receptionist. The reception is bad

The apartments are dirty, furniture is terrible, sofa stained. There’s cockroaches everywhere. The ceiling and tiles are dirty

"Stay was terrible. Not worth the money. Hosts need to revisit multiple amenities"

Check in process was a hassle. Receptionists not very professional. Apartment was clean but furniture, especially in the kitchen not well kept. Lighting was terrible especially in the bathroom. Water not hot. No extra towels in the room. Wifi could not connect.

"Big disappointment for Umhlanga apartment especially for the price."

Location

The room on 11/06/2026 Room 210 smell of cigarette and door that looked like someone was trying to break in Towels off colour No cutlery Room 510 Friday to Monday only 1 towel provided. Same no cutlery Cleaning staff never bothered to clean the kitchen.
