"Enjoyed, inconvenience by having to withdraw cash for deposit, and kitchen plug that was not workin"

The deposit, firstly I don’t understand why it’s needed , secondly why it has to be in cash! No one carries cash around these days.

"Great place, but customer service could be better"

Close to Gateway Mall , safe, very decent place

Staff wasn't as polite. I made a booking for a second time online (Booking.com).I wasn't aware of the R500 deposit. When we got there, we had to drive to the mall so we could withdraw money, and the lady at the reception was not nice about the whole situation. I know we can't control load shedding, but I believe we should have backup .
