The location,

The host Vera was absolutely rude and unprofessional, the check in process was horrible. I didn’t get to stay there the first night. The host was Vera, and I was treated so poorly and unprofessional that I declined Heath because of the stress she was as rude that I have ever experienced in my life. A nightmare! I waited until 3 AM and she ignored me . I have requested a refund for the stay , because I didn’t stay there the first night because I couldn’t get checked in!
