ZAswimming in the evening, at 29 degrees in the heated pool, solar system accomodated all lights and tv's , received free cleaning services, underfloor heating in bedrooms, enough heaters. free wifi and gas, the braai area was super easy, the house has all the emnities for cooking. been to clarens over 15 times and this was the best stay ever with our group of 8

I do not recommend this property to anyone, we arrived wanting to make use of the hot tub / indoor pool which was 16’ with a ladder that was ripped out the ground, we called the host who argued it was an indoor pool, well when the Titanic sank the people entered the water at 12’ and died of hypothermia after 15 minutes, sic, there was NO linen, sheets or duvets only blankets, the braai was nice but the cleaners refused to clean it, the kitchen cupboard doors had no handles, plus not well equipped, an oven without a baking tray, the tv didn’t work the last day plus single ply toilet paper, plus continuous problems with access codes, @ 4k per day this place is not worth it, stay somewhere else

Parking without cover, swimming pool water was not warm enough to swim.
ZAThe place had little extra amenities like electric blankets, extra blankets, under floor heating, extra heaters. The villa was clean and so spacious. Will definitely go back

The property was so so dirty when we got there. The towels had a horrible smell and could not be used. The refrigerator had a bad smell. The beds was made up with a thin comforters and could use a nice duvet.
ZAThe host is amazing. The house is the ultimate dream holiday with amazing views from the rooms. The heated indoor pool is the cherry on top, providing entertainment for kids especially for the times when you just want to relax at home. We appreciated the arm bands provided in the pool room for kids safety. DSTV in each room made this the perfect relaxation place. If you are stressed, want time out to recharge yet havr kids, this is the perfect stay.
ZAA more amazing host will be hard to find. The owner was extremely kind and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The indoor pool was the main reason we went with this property and it was perfect, the kids loved it.
Finishes of the house are poor. It is quite new and seems just not ready for visitors yet. There is no washing machine and the bedding on most beds were stained, which made us wonder if it was washed. There is one towel for each person and one dishcloth, after a few days with a full house it becomes a bit gross. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There isn’t enough cutlery, things like scissors, bottle opener, decent knives are missing. There is no dish that can be used in the oven. In one bathroom both the bath and toilet were leaking so it was permanently under water.
