The apartment is lovely and the sea view

The location is perfect

Property is perfectly situated, I would recommend upgrading some items in the unit but nothing major

Perfect location right across the ocean and near to shopping malls etc

The unit is not as well equipped as I remember it to be from a few years back. Some of the light fittings never had bulbs in.

The apartment was very cozy and was kept clean by a delightful lady. Also, the view of the ocean was spectacular.

As a person who likes to cook, I would advise the establishment to have a functional kitchen. The kitchen utensils were very limited. Let alone have 1 x Dishcloth for the entire kitchen. Also, there were only 2 x pots. There are supposed to be 2 x TV sets but the one in the main bedroom is not working, it needs to be replaced or fixed.

Bathroom window cannot be closed, the window sits skew in the frame. Bed lamps did not work. Guestroom light switch not working. Ceiling fan so unbalanced you cannot sleep. Toaster not working, have to hold down the buttons till toast is ready. Taps are loose. In need of definite maintenance

It was okay, neat furnishings, lovely paintings, big balcony, cleaning lady was very good and friendly. Big kitchen, neat bedrooms. Swimming pool very nice and refreshing.

Patio door key missing when we arrived. Garage very small for a bakkie. Place needs maintenance - rust everywhere. Only got hand towels after five days. No mats to wipe your feet when entering from the balcony. Air conditioners leaked and we didn't put them on too cold. When it was load shedding the garage door wouldn't open, so we learnt to not close it.
