The pots and utensils were dirty.

Flamingo park is well situated, the apartment was clean and have everything needed for our stay ,the property well maintained and pools clean, it is nice and quiet and well situated close to beach and restaurants also close to spar if you need to shop and walking distance to sunny park which is awesome place for kids to enjoy themselves, will definitely book again.

The only thing is they advertise dstv with premium package, which is not true, it only have a smart box and you need to log in to dstv with your own log in details if you have as well as with Netflix and it would be nice if the owners can invest in a wifi ups to keep the wifi on during loadshedding

The location was excellent, safe environment, access to and from, safe parking, kid friendly environment. Lots of at home equipment in the kitchen.

The apartment was not very clean, especially considering that a 500 rands cleaning payment is requested. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. Dirt under the sofa in the lounge. Freezer was dirty, and iced up. Second bedroom cupboard has a mouldy musty smell, the hanging space was full of things making it uncomfortable to unpack. The throws on the beds looked unwashed, and felt it too. The bedding also did not appear to be fresh. Television remote did not work, so the tv stayed on all day for the duration of our stay. Windows were very dirty, and second bedrooms curtains were dirty, smelled musty, and there was no netting, so leaving curtains open during the day to air the room, left my granddaughter of 4 years with no privacy as there was an older kid in the apartment complex looking through windows. The braai grills were both dirty.

Nice location close to shops and restaurants. We felt safe and the hosts was very helpful. The full DSTV package was great.

Loadshedding lights can be upgraded. Those in the apartment are to small and not adequate.

Great Location and having parking near the apartment.

Loadshedding bulbs may be put into the bathroom and bedrooms.
