The Cottage was absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and tastefully decorated. I may just hire the owner to assist with sprucing up my own place :) The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to assist with a small query we had. A great experience over all.

Due to renovations to another house in the area there were building sand in the walkway to the beach so we had to find a different route. Hopefully their building is completed soon.

We loved our stay at the Doll House. This is such a peaceful home away from home. The cottage is central to everything from restaurants to shopping centres and most of all walking distance to the beach.. What more could you ask for?.. We want to go back! The house has such charm with all the modern touches. The host really thought about everything you would need but not want to cart along on holiday. From towels to basic toiletries to kitchen utensils, appliances, teas and coffees even a braai stand. What about the comfiest bed and couch, and access to Netflix for those gloomy days in! The neatness, cleanliness and proximity to the beach is what attracted me most to this place. Thank you to our wonderful host for having us. We can't wait to come back.

"We had a super vacation."

Facilities were good.

We were 3 people and only 2 sets of towels were provided initially. We did get more sets in the week but I also had to take to the wishy washy. A washer and tumble dryer would really help, especially if one is staying a week.

"Beautiful Doll House"

The house was beautiful and had everything you needed, a coffee machine with capsules, aircon, big TV with Netflix, WiFi and a great shower! Very beautifully set up and very comfy bed. My mom stayed there while we were in Durban and she loved it.

"The absolute BEST Accomodation"

This was the first time that we found a place where we could FEEL AT HOME, we absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay at the Doll House! Will definitely recommend it to everyone! Marné, our host went out of her way to accomodate us on a very short notice which we really appreciated. She literally anticipates every need that her guests might have and one can see that she added her personal touch and love to everything in the Doll House which gives it that homey feeling.

We loved everything and would have loved to go back many more times!
