Location was great and the place was exactly how the photos are.

My stay at this rental was exceptional. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, making cooking easy. The dining and lounge areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms were cozy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the showers were clean and well-maintained. The breathtaking views of the sea, table mountain, and Robben Island from the lounge and main bedroom balconies were a highlight. Security was excellent with a remote-controlled gate, providing peace of mind. Plus, the great WiFi connection made my stay even more convenient. A truly enjoyable experience! What I appreciated most was the host's attentiveness, as they checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. The beach is literaly on the door step, 3 minutes walking distance

The agent was a great host and cooperative. Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The house was not up to standard to receive guests which was very disappointing. Basic complimentary items such as sugar, milk and tea were lacking. No house keeping. And this was not declared upfront unless we missed it. We were booked for 7 nights which meant we were liable for our own house keeping. There were no cleaning detergents, washing powder and air fresheners and these were only supplied after we complained that we cannot be expected to clean and buy our own products. 2 chairs we broken which we were promised to be replaced but that did not happen and as a result we had limited seating. On the 1st night there was a horrible odour coming from the 2nd shower drain which had we been given a proper heads up about could have been dealt with promptly and not spoiled our night. The said bathroom light was also not working. Overall communication needs to be improved.

The place was not prepared for the guests and the agent was not helpful after requesting her assistance

Clean and well situated

Not enough utensils, enough bathroom soaps, toilet paper, heaters in the cold weather and long glasses also no braai tongs but braai supplied. Gets damp in bad weather and no tumble dryer so can’t dry anything.

Nice, spacious, clean and walking distance from beach and some restaurants. Short 10 minute drive to Big Bay. Road in front, Marine drive was very busy and noisy with bikes racing up and down. Pub in front of apartment very noisy until early mornings... Overall experience was good
