Guest house on Gillian Unit 5

We had alot of cockroaches the place was infested i even have pictures. There were cockroaches in the cupboard s even in the fridge and on the bed . The lights for the room didnt switch off we didnt sleep because the lights hurt our eyes and lastly there was beach sand on the bed and the blanket had stains it seemed like they did not change the sheets.it was really uncomfortable.

Did not have breakfast, was a quick stop over basically just to sleep

There were a few random bugs / beetles here and there but not an issue. Normal in that area

Bed and Shower Area

1) Stuffiness when entering for first time; 2) Small cockroaches on floor after switching on lights; 3) All kitchen cupboard drawers not functioning properly; 4) No hanger space in bedroom cupboards; 5) Towels frayed

The location was good

The room was scruffy, insects crawling all along the floors and roof (had to purchase insect spray to use each day), the bed mattress was soft, the basin drain worked very slowly.

The room was swarming with cockroaches

The place was infested with cockroachs and we had to leave at 1am and come home because there was so way you could sleep there. They were crawling all over the walls and bed, going inside our bags. Worst experience ever. I have videos of the place really disappointed, tried calling the owner and he does not answer and his phone is off. Never again would I ever book In such a place again. Think I need to put this on social media as well to let people know. The cameras in the place will show exactly what time we left as well.
