"Did not meet expectations"

Rooms looked like the pictures.

There were strangers who were let onto the property to view a car on sale which made us feel unsafe. Guests were allowed to smoke on the very small balcony which resulted in the room smelling of smoke. Staff and guests were sitting on the balcony and we had to step over them to get into the room. We did not complete our stay, we had to book different accommodation.
