The price and location...

No utensils for cleaning the Weber grill. Did not see enough detail or room description when I booked the stay on bookings. Was expecting something totally different...but that might be my mistake?

The holiday house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Even a dishwasher 😊walking distance from checkers and restaurants

Facility not ready at agreed arrival time, rooms overall tidy but not clean, no hand towels, noisy power tool work on a public holiday with guests in residence, some doors didn't lock

Casa Surf Lodge is only a short walk from Supertubes lookout point, the beach and a well-equipped supermarket. The owner will make sure to give you all necessary information about the place and surroundings in time and is up for a nice chat.

Casa Surf Lodge has one large apartment on the first floor and two smaller studios on the ground floor. The majority of the pictures you see in the advert are of the main apartment. So, if you're not booking the main apartment but one of the studios just make sure you get to see the right pictures. The owner did warn us after the booking that there might be some noise coming from upstairs and unfortunately he was very right as we had a family with small kids stomping all over the place staying with us. The kitchen is only fairly equipped and only got one induction hot plate which makes self-catering a bit of a hassle.

Very close to the beach. Neat and tidy. Very comfy bed. Having netflix was really a cool perk. Lights prepped for loadshedding. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach in the mornings to catch the sunrise over the sea was amazing.
