Unit is clean with all the utilities. It is comfortable for a couple.

The main bedroom and middle room is devided with a wardrobe that does not reach the ceiling, so no privacy. The 3rd bedroom is very small with no cupboards. One toilet and one shower. The unit should be described as a family apartment.

View was spectacular

Bathroom doors did not close properly

Good location. the beach is within a walkable distance. shops, gas stations, and restaurants are nearby. In terms of crime, It felt safe. the male host was timeously responsive.

I arrived at 8:35 p.m. The host made me pay R350 "late arrival fee". They stay right next door, less than 10 metres away. allocated parking is no 115, my SUV tailgate suffered damage as there are protruding bolts from the structure, and as the door automatically rises, the bolts scratched it and removed paint. No same energy to fix my car as when they demanded a so-called late arrival fee. they only said that they'll inform the body corporate. I am going to report it to the insurance for advice. it's on the 7th floor, very dangerous if you have kids as the outside passage is not covered for safety. They can easily jump. imagine it yourself. The morning before our departure the female host woke us up to inform us to prepare to leave as check-out time was 09:30 am. My wife told her to refer back to the booking roster as we still had one more day in her apartment. the main door has metal burglars, the 2nd night I tried to go out to my car, guess what, the burglar door was locked. I called the host over the phone, he said he was the one who locked it to prevent the kids from going out. He didn't inform us. he just did it. imagine if the was a fire and we we trapped in there? I had left the keys in the car. the partitioning in the bedrooms is horrible, it doesn't reach the roof. You can hear what is happening in the other bedroom.

The view was great and shopping mall was next to the apartment

No good TV channel For the kids to watch at night there's a park next to the apartment and in the early morning like 2 am people will party there and the noise will wake you up and if the toti Mall's bar close the people then party in the street and also making nois and the sea view bedroom is split in two half's and what ever your the kids do or someone who is with you you will hear it

The manager was most helpful and friendly, location is great. A firm favourite for Comrades Marathon accommodation with restaurants and shops nearby and basically right on the beach.

Like all areas in South Africa, don't walk around after dark alone. Somehow I think this applies to most countries though.

Host kept on disturbing us about the noise levels (talking to loud) even before the "quiet time" between 10pm and 7am. The advertisement need to be updated as there was no smart TV, Blue ray Player, Hi-Fi/Radio, CDs and Movies as well as Daily cleaning as advertised. Also be mindful of the additional R850 deposit for "breakage".

The view and the tidyness of the place. Keith was friendly and helpful.

The space was a little tight

The beautiful view of the ocean. The Host were very accommodating and friendly. There is shops walking distance from the flat which makes it convieniet. There is 24/7 security for peace of mind.

The one bedroom was just a bit cramped.
