I have yet to receive my refund. the Establishment incorrectly cancelled by initial booking and I had to re-book at a higher price. The difference between the cost of the initial booking and the increased value has not been refunded to me.

Relaxing weekend away.

Dam not stocked as advertised. Cottage did not face the dam.

Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast outside overlooking the pond.

No back garden, patio or anywhere where you can sit outside. Only a view onto the car park. The restaurant furniture, umbrellas outside need some restoration and repairs. Makes it feel a bit tacky.

I loved the private garden.

Nothing.

Spacious with good facilities. Nice private garden area. Lovely hotel gardens and lake which looked very well maintained. Easy walking access to the restaurants in Dullstroom.

Some garden chairs or loungers would have been nice.
