Stay@67 Apartments - Dullstroom

We made arrangements to drop off our luggage earlier and was met by the host. We returned to the apartment at 20:00 and upon entering, there was an alarm that went off and we were unable to turn it off. After numerous attempts to make contact with the host, we finally gave up and accepted that we would need to somehow sleep with this continuous beeping noise which made it impossible to sleep. The next morning when I checked the phone, the host had sent a message after 1am, asking "what alarm" She was shocked to find that there was an alarm in the room and agreed to pop around as soon as she comes to work. The host kept on saying I cant believe this happened, no one ever mentioned an alarm, no other guests have ever complained about an alarm, I did not know that there was an alarm. After she arrived, she was shocked to find an alarm in the apartment. The key pad was STILL making the same noise it had been making from the night before and the short of this is, the response I got "I am so sorry". Even after I asked her, would you have been able to sleep through this? the response was "I am sorry" I just felt that even the smallest form of compensation for our inconvenience would have been welcomed, considering we were there for one night to sleep over (we had no sleep), we were unable to reach anyone, although after hours, I do not feel that the time was unreasonable and for them to only respond at 1am in the morning? I was really disappointed in the way the host handled the situation, would have loved to give this place a good rating as I was really impressed with the location.

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed as we were travelling with a toddler and had to mostly use the kitchen to prepare his meals. The host, Charmaine is a very kind lady and accommodating as well since we checked in very late. Everything was amazing. It was also in the middle of everything we wanted to do; wine tasting, good restaurants, depending on what you want . Really enjoyed our stay there. Good value for money.

The cold weather. Please bring along warm clothes when visiting Dullstroom. But the apartment had a heater and electric blankets.

Spacious and relaxing. Kitchen facility

There is no aircon to heat up the freezing weather. The heater didn't help. Only the warmer blanket did. No shower gel or hair shampoo

Location was great. Allowed us to book in early. Bed was comfortable.

There was no coffee and milk/creamer for morning coffee.

Everything was great!

The overnight parking was a little worrying, on the street.
