The owners, first, they will ask you to pay a 2k deposit, which they know very well they have no intentions of paying it back. What happened to us is that, hours after we had checked out, we received pictures of broken beer glasses, purportedly broken by us. Look, we had not touched those glasses as we had bought bottled water, energy drinks and cans.

There was no breakfast

There was no cleaning staff during the entire stay

There was no breakfast service, but the apartments are located in a beautiful location which is very convenient and the best thing about the place is that it has Checkers shops at the entrance and place is very clean. The swimming pools are enough for everyone and well cared for.

I wish there was also breakfast service.

Everything was lovely. Apartment was clean.

Just the rule of the complex about visitors.

The unit was clean and beautiful with almost all the necessary items needed to make us feel at home. Security checks made us feel safe in the property. Having Checkers on our doorstep was a plus because it made it easy to get refreshments close by.

The fact that all aircon in the unit were not working properly. They kept switching off while it was so hot at night. And that the whole property didn't have a communal ibraai area when they have certain rules for different floors on having outdoor braaing facilties. I didn't like the behavior from the host when I was telling her about the aircon issue, yes she had said she will have it looked at Monday, but the way she behaved with me telling me "she was not a technician" was uncalled for and hanging up on me while still talking to her was very unprofessional and rude. Had to call twice and still she hung up on me calling me hostile towards her, I mean if u can't talk to her about the problems in the unit then who else🤷‍♀️
