Even though the weather was not perfect James and Grace made sure our stay is worth remembering, it's a great location to come back every time

The room offered was smelling like Detergents, but it's something unfortunately we can't complain much for

the location was Excellent

the host is very aggressive and not respecting the customer. Very cold without a heater. The electricity off for more than 8 hours. No gas during our arrival and they are not ready

Located right on the beach, with stunning views. Easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and hiking trails. Beautiful scenery. Swimming pools and braai facilities, which were kept clean by the staff on the property.

We had to wait long for the keys, even though we arrived at the time arranged. The apartment was in a bad state of disrepair. Bedside pedestal was coming loose from the bed. Light switch was coming loose from the wall, exposing electrical wires. The blinds and curtains were filthy. The bed sheet was clean, but did not fit the mattress. We were both bitten in our sleep, 18 bites between the 2 of us — pairs of bites looking like spider bites from a reasonably large spider. On the last day, we found rain spider on the curtain, but the fang size was smaller than our bites. On arrival we found cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The coach was worn out and very uncomfortable, The kitchen stools have seen better days. The toaster and hair dryer were sticky (filthy). For the premium rate being charged, this is unacceptable.
