Flat was very nice 👌

The host only sent check-in details once we called to say we were outside the building then still proceeded to send incorrect lockbox details. When we discovered there was no additional blanket we sent a text & received no response, however, someone was sent to bring us a throw around midday the following day. The lady who was supposed to service the unit knocked on the door at exactly 10h00 (check-out time) & when we asked for 15 minutes to wrap up our packing she stood by the kitchen window peering in. There were also small roaches in the kitchen & lounge area. Otherwise, the unit is nice.

It was clean. The picture matched what the apartment looked like for a one bedroom it was really spacious.

I really wish a heater was provided as the apartment was cold and I also wish that Warmer blankets were provided as it is winter and the night are cold.
