Dragon Hotel & Apartments Đà Nẵng

Zamówiłem pokoj delux. Mial mieć 15m2 okazal sie pokojem 9m2 bez okiem. Dostałem klaustrofobii. W tym chmielu tylko 301, 401 i 501 są ładne i duże, z balkonem i widokiem na dragon bridge. Zmieniłem pokoj ale była możliwość tylko na 1 noc

The only good thing about this hotel is the area, but DO NOT STAY HERE!

EVERYTHING! Firstly, it's almost impossible to check-in as there is never anyone at the reception desk. The room was disgusting! There were head and PUBIC hairs in the bed, with several stains on the sheets and pillows. The pillows also stink of mould, so I couldn't even use them. The kitchen was filthy and also had mould everywhere, and the bathroom was COVERED in black mould (see photos for all of this). When I tried to cancel the rest of my stay after the first night, the manager argued with me and withheld my passport until I paid. We eventually settled on paying almost 2 nights just so I could get my passport back and leave. DO NOT STAY HERE!

No service, request and pay for a type of a room but get a lower room type, even pay higher price. No one to help at reception mostly of time. No compensation or exchange with owner to solve problems.

Apart from the dislikes the room was great, hotel rooftop had an amazing view.

Some ants, worn out bedsheets/pillow cases. Toilet hose broke butbwas immediatelly fixed.

The location

The location of Dragon Hotel is good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The owner was rarely available, making it difficult to resolve any issues. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained—bed sheets smelled and did not seem to be changed, mattresses were unhygienic, and the towels and utensils were dirty. Nothing was organized and many things seemed out of order. The property has potential because of its location, but the maintenance and cleanliness are extremely poor.

Zimmer war dreckig, Bad nahezu nicht gereinigt, Bettbezug mit Flecken, erneute Reinigung nach halbstündiger Diskussion mit dem Personal, Bad wurde dann mit dem gleichen Besen für Klo, Boden und alles andere gereinigt, wir sind eine Nacht eher abgereist nach dem uns das Personal eigentlich versprochen hatte wir könnten in ein anderes Zimmer in der zweiten Nacht aber uns anscheinend angelogen hatte
