Great location, lovely new build with modern finishes. Management Company did their best to resolve any issues quickly, thanks to Aminata.

There were a significant amount of problems with this unit, and although the management company did their best to provide great service, there are a number of things which needs to be addressed by the owners such as replacing the couch, it is totally ruined. Deep cleaning this entire unit including the beds and dining chairs. For R4,500 a day you would expect perfection and nothing to complain about.

The security guards were friendly and helpful. Someone was there 24/7.

The Lastay property management that is managing the property their service is appauling We had many issues with the property The apartment had fleas, during the water crisis only Kluass was abke to help. The was a manage who sent a voice note that wss offensive. The second bathroom.smelt like sewage

The staff were not friendly! The TV remote didn’t have batteries that worked The 1 bathroom smelt really bad (drain blockage😞)
