Location was excellent

We had a number of challenges from initial access issues due to flat batteries in the electronic lock mechanism, to ongoing water and water pressure issues throughout the duration of our stay. It was challenging to obtain feedback as to what was going on with the water especially over the weekend. Host did organize a bottle of wine and chocolates for the initial hiccup with the lock and delayed access, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, they themselves were overseas during our stay which made things more challenging when we had the ongoing water issues. It turned out the water issues were due to a burst/leaking pipe in the incoming feedline to the building which the plumbers made repeated attempts to resolve unsuccessfully and was still work in progress when we departed.

Good peaceful location, walking distance to V&A. fully equipped, modern design, clean and well maintained

Only a few small things. Mosquitoes on 1st night - we should have pre-sprayed the room using the spray provided. Toilet seat cover does not stay up when opened. Fridge on the small side for storing bottles.

The apartment was exactly as it was described, very clean and comfortable. It was in a fantastic location. The collection and return of keys worked very well and was very simple. Highly recommend this and will return.

Location convenience easy access to Waterfront Ilse the housekeeper was amazing very helpful and keeps the apartment to a high standard

Suggest blinds could be replaced - just get difficult to get onto the deck

The view was nice

Must have a bigger smart tv with Netflix and Showmax

Lovely view and near the Victoria waterfront.
