Great , safe and very quiet location. The apartment is amazing and Mister Brian is a very friendly and lovely person who s always available and ready to help, so you won't regret at all your stay at his lovely place.

"B's place for peace of mind and soul."

Everything about this place is excellent 👌. Welcomed by host Brian. On entering the property we were surrounded by the beautiful garden from the driveway all the way round the back of the the building. The bedroom/ kitchen is beautifully laid out and the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Very neat and very clean. We had to leave last Friday but immediately booked another two nights for Monday and Tuesday. This place surely ranks top of my list of places we have booked so far. Very highly recommended. Look no further if you need a peaceful place to stay. Minutes from Spar supermarket and six minutes from Greenacres hospital and mall.

Liked everything about this place and the area.

"Great stay and very good location"

Brian is really welcoming and the flat was great ! It’s very well located, in a safe area and only 2 minutes walking away from a very nice beer garden. I recommend this place 100%!

"A place to yourself."

Both the studios had a nice small garden. Although the kitchen was open,, it had all the basic equipment and utensils to make a good breakfast. In the evenings, Brian gave us company and invited us to sit with him at his place. It was very kind of Brian, who agreed to wash our clothes (R70/load). We provided the clothes and washesed, dried and folded it and gave it back.

"Great value for money and handy for everywhere we can’t to go to!"

It’s location in relation to St George’s Cricket Ground; a 15 minute walk away. Easy access to the main routes in and around the City, and walking distance to a great pub, The Beer Yard, and a lovely Indian Restaurant in the opposite direction. Will certainly use the venue again!
