Very fast responses from host, easy access to waterfront in safe environment

The studio is in an excellent location and has everything one can possibly need. Cathy was great at keeping in contact and answering questions prior to our visit and making us feel welcome.

Kathy met us on arrival and drove us to the apartment. She was so helpful and explained about the rules of the community. She also told me about the load shedding app which was really useful in helping us to plan our days. The studio was much bigger than we expected, and the location was outstanding….probably the best in Cape Town, as it was so easy to explore the V and A Waterfront which is literally a couple of minutes away. It was very well equipped with not only toiletries, but cleaning materials, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. The grounds were also immaculate, and there is a pool with loungers situated above the gym…again two minutes walk away. All in all an excellent apartment in a wonderful location.

Having done some laundry, I discovered that the cover on the iron was broken, so water poured out over anything I tried to iron. The ironing board was also very unstable, so both should possibly be replaced. The oven is not a normal one, but a fancy microwave with grilling facilities. Unfortunately, there were no instructions, so we had to find them online when we wanted to heat a pizza. As there is also a small microwave, I think a proper small oven would be better instead of a second microwave.

The location was fantastic. Cathy was really helpful and allowed to store our luggage in the apartment so that we could spend an extra morning at the waterfront. We felt very safe and relaxed with the accommodation having everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The location and modern feel to the apartment. It is clean and everything that you need is available in the apartment.

Great location and ideal for a short stopover at the V&A waterfront. Comfortable, clean with everything you need. Inverter in place when there is load shedding which provides basic lighting

Bathroom a little tired with a need for repair and minor replacements
