There should be towel soap's and cleaning facilities included in the daily rate to make it convenient for guests No lamps provided when there is loadshedding

The Seaview and Tracy arranged beautiful flowers for my wife.

The fact that we got Terms and Conditions after paying a 50% deposit and then being made aware of : No towels supplied unless hired out at R25 per person. No adequate lighting during load shedding. The staircases were very dark and very dangerous to walk up and down during load shedding at night. The lifts were not working most of the time and my elderly mum had to suffer 2 flights of stairs with a bad knee. No gas facility The braai area did not have adequate tools to use braai like fire poker or brush to clean grill. There were loose tiles which almost fell onto foot. Load shedding schedule was at peak time during breakfast lunch and supper making it impossible to use the unit as self catering for cooking purposes. We had to give away our food items as we couldn't cook them. We had to spend extra put of pocket for lunches and supper due to no generator for stove or even a gas stove option. The staff also didn't take out concerns genuine and wasn't even sympathetic that we have to experience the stay. We had around 12 hours of load shedding making us spend more time out of the resort than in. We literally paid for a bed and shower. The facility should look into alternate solutions for load shedding as we are from out of town and had to spend alot more than planned due to the lack of gas stove and at least solar power lighting. Most accomodation in the area has solar power lighting. Booking.com must be made aware of these problems. The Juat Property agents should state on their comments on Bookings.com of the fact that there is only 1 light for backup, lifts don't work during load shedding, towels supplied at extra cost, no gas stove hence the unit is not fully self catering during load shedding and load shedding schedule.

I Absolutely loved the views in Saints view unit 24. 😍 The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Safe and secure. Lovely activities for the kids. Everything about this place was totally amazing. Would not mind going back again.

The location was beautiful. The sea is so close and the amenities are close as well. The entertain on the roof was delightful.

The check out time is extremely early, we felt like it was a wasted day because we had to be out early and couldn't even have breakfast or enjoy the morning view.

Very spacious and clean unit, well worth the money spent, and I had excellent communication from the agents.

Perfect location! Modern and spacious apartment with an amazing view! I love that there's a restaurant downstairs that sells delicious food. It is also so close to the beach and close to stores. We enjoyed our stay

There was a damp smell in the wardrobes, not sure if it's from the sea breeze and the apartment not having air from time to time. It's understandable tho
