You have to sign a rental agreement upfront and also pay a separate deposit! I had to call them 4 times and we exchanged about 20 mails before we could even go there. The place itself is horrible, too. The green comunity pool fits the place.

The location of the unit is very good

They moved us to unit 301 , everything in the unit is very old and does not give a clean feel, I was quite disappointed in the unit, it was clean but al the old furniture did not give a clean feel , I think this unit needs some tlc and a bit of a upgrade wil do it good, location of the unit was excellent but I was really disappointed in how it looked , there is also a lack of parking for the cars

No breakfast Place was not cleaned on arrival - had to be cleaned quickly and not up to standard Was told to pick up the keys at a different site, ended up calling the consultant who said that we should then go to the accommodation to pick up keys. Arrived at accommodation and then had to wait at the gate for a while, called the owner who was on holiday and reluctantly gave me the code No washing machine available - on the website was told that it is available
