Weltevrede Fig Farm

The cottage is situated close to the top of a hill with a magnificent view of the Swartberg Mountains. It is spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen has all you need to self cater. Lovely, BIG, comfortable bed.

Although you theoretically have two bedrooms, the one is a loft room which accesses off the main bedroom and shares a bathroom with the main bedroom. This is fine for a family but not the best for two couples.

Tout, un lieu exceptionnel coupé du monde au milieu des figuiers. Un accueil plus que chaleureux, avec le feu déjà prêt en autre. Des maisons qui ont gardé tous les charmes d’antan. Aucune envie de le quitter.

A beautiful and remote location. An authentic old farm house experience.While the Fig Farm was not what we expected it exceeded our expectations. Our hosts Jacob and Liezl couldn’t have been more personable and accommodating. A truly unique and memorable experience.

The isolation and the views

Sadly bees swarmed the dipping pool so not comfortable using it. An outdoor shower would be great!
