I liked only the welcoming from the lady

They robed us our deposit by saying my 17yr old kids broke something on the swimming pool,of which my kids says when they got into the swimming,that part was floating on the water,and worse part of it,no one bothered to tell me that I won't get my deposit refund until I asked about my refund,im so furious,and as small as it is that part,it can't cost R500

The kitchen is very spacious, and the rooms are lovely, nice and quiet, comfortable living room, variety of kitchen appliances

An additional non-optional cleaning fee that wasn't disclosed before payment processing, but went out of my account with payment (this is separate to the R500 breakage deposit which is refundable) This cleaning-fee is R450, and the property is worth it, but it was an unexpected cost I wasn't prepared for.

We found a dirty panty liner in the shower caddy

Lovely spacious flat, clean and effective for our needs, which was a safe place to sleep and prepare our own meals. Secure car parking was appreciated

Needs a lot of attention - rusty windows and doors and burglar proofing. Very limited cooking utensils. No towel racks in the bathroom. No clothes rack for drying washing. Single lock on front door, needs better protection.

Peacefull environment

The place is good for someone who likes it quiet. It is also good for nature lover
