Munro Suites

The people who were cutting tress and making alot of noise with their equipment. We were there for some peaceful and quiet getaway and they ruined it bt making noise for 2 days even early in the morning

The unit is very stuffy, the appliances are all rusty, kettle, toaster, there is 1 cutting knife, the cutlery is cracked, the no matching lid for the frying pan. Loud noise comes from the neighbors jojo tanks, apart from that Gardener were there and had to be giving our remote to them, owner does not answer when we tried to call nor did he return our call. This place was a total let down for my stay in PE.

The kitchen has terrible plates - so mismatched and deformed. there are no bowls for mixing things in or for making a salad in. the pots were terrible, the one was so burnt and funny inside that I could not use it and the other one was so small you could hardly use it as well. It was also strange consistency inside that was pleasant so I had to use the pan. the TV you must have your own DSTV or netflieks. The owner never told us that in advance. When we connected our own Netflieks the wi-fi was so slow that we could not watch anything. the place is dark inside without much natural light. the bed was really very soft and has a lump in the middle. the bedding had a stain on it as well. there are no coasters for the wooden furniture so you have to use your own paper or toilet paper to not leave a stain. The owner was not very responsive when we asked about the TV and how to use it, it is a bit cumbersome and difficult as it is not a SMART Tv but one with a smart box. we could not find any instructions in the place on how to use the TV or how to access something to watch. we ended up just putting it off.

There is an apartment on the property that we later desided to rent as well because if someone else would have booked ot would have made the privacy and parking difficult

Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Towels was dirty and had holes in it. There was a lot of dust underneath the bed and kitchen counter.
