I'm Hemiplegic and couldn't go up and down the stairs which mark had no courtesy whatsoever. He didn't refund me the full 50% of the money ,to add to that, we never stayed there,the floors weren't swept,there were roaches,aunts were crawling over the roaches so it's been there for quite some days ,it was disgusting and wasn't close to what my family and I expected, The house was stuffy and secluded, it's a total waste of time booking with him. The cleaning fee was not justified as the accommodation wasn't properly cleaned before our arrival, out of R2843.16 -50%=R1421.58-R568,63 which was paid by booking.com =R852,95 I only received R546,41. As Good customer service,he should be considerate to my disability and give us the full payment back,which he never even considered. Hes accommodation should be taken off booking.com because He's a con man so be alert when booking this apartment.

The place had everything needed for a family. It was close to the beach and shops and beds were very comfortable. Lovely sea view and beautiful place. Will definitely be back..
