Mossel is the Gem of Yzerfontein

I am a returning guest and my stay was as food as expected.Definately a gem.

The facilities were clean, comfortable and ample for a couple. Kitchen is well stacked with any utensils you may need. It truly is pet friendly and safe for pets. There were biscuits and treats for the dogs as well as rusks and treats for the humans. The cottage is ideally situated very close to the sea for walks. We felt safe there.

A cozy, spacious, comfortable flat. Enid and Johan were most welcoming, with lovely treats upon my arrival. A peaceful, tranquil space to relax in and just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. I will most definitely be back!

What an awesome gem. Truly dog friendly and exceptionally comfortable, just a few metres from an unspoilt and quiet beach where one can walk and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Just bring your clothes..there will be everything you need, like a home from home. Awesome view over the ocean, watch beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the dining/stoep table. We were sorry when our precious time there came to an end. Yzerfontein was a surprise with all one may need to eat and drink and the main swimming beach just around the corner. Safely enclosed garden for dogs big and small.

Everything was absolutely exceptional.

Wanted a quiet break away; parking my car Friday and never driving again till Sunday; yet getting to the beach whenever I wanted during the day. Perfect location , quiet , and starlight splendour at night time...and doggy safe

Great location, I loved the little path to the beach. Cleanliness and everything was so neat and tidy. I enjoyed every single minute of my stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Perfect location with our little dogs that could just walk on the beach anytime. Very comfortable apartment. Very sweet and cute all in all.
