The Blyde - Little Place, Lots of Relaxation

Chantal was always available and incredibly quick to respond to any information we needed, making our holiday the best experience we've ever had. She anticipated our needs, providing all the information we could possibly require before we even thought to ask. Her service was nothing short of exceptional, and because of that, I plan to return next year. I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. There are just a few minor details I’ll mention below, but even with those, I would still rate the experience a perfect 10/10!

The sleeping couch is a bit worn out, one of the balcony chairs is broken, and there’s a shortage of dinnerware and cleaning supplies, such as a mop. I’m confident these issues will be addressed.

I like the cleanliness and how peaceful it was.

I didn't like we had to stand for hours and get a face recognition done by jus one person...also we had to stamp everyday just to go to the lagoon.....you van just get bands or cards as access.

The linen was not that much clean and the towels, the couch for seating is finished not comfortable at all, the whole complex is too strict, the stamps and the entry upon the facilities

The apartment was clean and neat and I like the fact that is safe.

Things that they write on their website like on our arrival we going to get welcoming wine but we never received anything. Also indicated that we gonna have a private pool, when we get there only to find that the private pool is only for people are staying there, also the gym, cinema etc. Also what I didn't like is that after checking out you guys been calling saying things are missing, I think you should improve on checking your things before we leave the place because it's kinda irritating and make us feel like we are thief's.
