Because of how hurt I was, I was unable to like anything.

How I was treated was horrible. I booked twice to this accommodation for myself for one night and my family were going to arrive the next day so I booked for them too. Literally whilst I was on my way there, I got a message from the host that they are fully booked for the weekend, at that time I had reserved for the place a month ago, and I was already charged an amount for it. I thought it was a mistake and when I got there, the host told me that I must cancel my booking for the weekend because she has ladies from church who are coming for the weekend, when I asked for a refund I was told that they didn't get any money, I paid booking.com not them. As I tried to seek better clarity, she literally kicked me out of her property because she said I was going to cause her problems the next day when her other guests arrive. Since she only approved the stay for one night, I now had to beg to stay for even for the booking I made, it was late, I had no where to go.. I was adamant that I'm now calling the police, she prompted to call them herself and just called her husband. Who came and suggested I call booking.com, and when I called booking.com, the property canceled the booking for the weekend and I am now eligible for a refund, however, I now have to spend more money booking at another accommodation as the refund is only going to happen in 12 days. The situation was really inconvenient, I was treated hostile, ruthless and really unfairly. Now I am stranded with bags on the street, my parents are on their way here, and I still have to prepare for graduation

The location was good, enough facilites

Did not see the hostess, dog in and out in the property, unable to do nothing on the property
