The breakfast was scrumptious and with great views

We were not aware that we had to collect the keys from another hotel

I liked everything about the place

I did not like the behavior of their staff. The lady left me standing in front of the counter to talk to her other colleague. On her way she instructed her subordinate to attend to me. It took them almost 0.5 hour to get the iron for. I asked for a dish cloth and I was told it was going to be brought to the apartment, to date it never came. Their staff is noisy in the yard when they come in the morning.

Location was good

Towels were tiny, bed linen was dirty, got locked into the room with reception not open to answer calls as the number on the key is not their after hours number (found this out later)

Приехав в 5 часов вечера мы ещё час искали как нам заселиться видите ли они там до 5 работают и если вы приезжаете чуть позже то идите ищите гостиницу которая владеет этими апартаментами дабы вам выдали ключи, контактный телефон не работает по которому они просят связаться если что-то не понятно. Номер это тихий ужас все раздолбанное на фото одно по факту другое, в общем за такие деньги это просто ужас.

Location superb,parking right outside your room with a guard patrolling the complex,,pool was nice but too small

BBQ area needs replacing,the pool is too small ,the kettle was broken but we reported it but fell on deaf ears
