The view and location of place

I think check in time can be adjusted especially for us staying only 2 days the 1st day should also be adjusted to at least check in the morning part of the day. Taking into consideration the amount paid for the 2day stay

I liked everything.

The parking is a bit of a problem. My car is big so to get into the garage was a bit tricky. The towels were hard and smelt terrible. Was disappointed about that.

Awesome view, clean and neat facilities.

Parking seems to be a problem with a trailer as your vehicle will then have to be parked outside next to the public road.

The unit is beautifully furnished andwell spaced. There is a comfortable couch to sit and read whilst you look over the lagoon! The curtains are perfect for privacy when drawn, and the showers are really good. We definitely enjoyed this unit

The tiny garage couldn't fit my vehicle, and it wasn't a pleasant experience trying to contact the host for assistance. She reluctantly offered me to use another parking bay but said she would let me know later if i would need to move. I really didn't like how I was spoken to, and I do believe this soured our experience and rest.

The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The security and parking is excellent. The agent was very responsive and helpful.

The location was fantastic. Right on the lagoon. The apartment is within walking distance of the Knysna Waterfront Mall. Fantastic sunsets. The apartment has a weber braai (but it is missing some important pieces) on the balcony. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one ensuite (bath, shower & toilet) with a double bed and two twin bedded rooms that share a bathroom (shower & toilet), a well appointed kitchen (missing a microwave) and a lovely lounge with TV. There is wifi throughout and plenty of cupboard space. Garage parking right at the stair entrance to the apartment. Comes equipped with a dishwasher (and dishwasher capsules) and a washing machine (no powder - bring your own). It is very quiet. I am not sure what it would be like in season, but there strict house rules about noise. I would recommend the apartment to anyone spending more than 1 night in Knysna.

2 flights of stairs and no lift, so this apartment does not work for anyone with mobility issues. Only 1 parking bay in the security complex. Other / extra vehicles need to be parked in the road. No microwave. The internal side bits of the weber are missing, which means the weber can only be used as a braai. You must take your own charcoal and blitz for the weber. The ensuite toilet is high. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom is placed in such a way, that one has to sit skew. A washing lappie would be appreciated (there was a drying cloth and sponge and washing liquid - fortunately I had my own).

Accommodation was good and comfortable, clean. Amazing views and within walking distance from Shops and Restaurants

The noise, some other guest were partying till 4am in the morning, there was no security or caretaker on site to report it to, nothing was done about it we just had to deal with the noise and get no sleep. However I did report it the next day to our host and they got in contact with the owner of that unit, they did apologize, but unfortunately that was too late, as we had to get up early the next morning and we had a long day trip planned and everyone was tired.

Garage for apartment 15 is too small for a van

The property was ideally located with exceptional views. Spacious and comfortable. We would only stay here when in Knysna again.
