Peebles House - Coorie Doon Apartments

spacious and comfortable , kitchen well equiped

bathroom - shower screen didn’t close , flooring in bathroom & kitchen lifting all over , heated towel rack didn’t work , towels too small for adults. bedroom - 1 bedside lamp didn’t work entry to the building - unwelcoming , untidy and unclean. no name on building to identify property

self catering was ideal. The bedroom and bed was clean and tidy. Kitchen and living room tidy and chair and settee comfy. Good quality tv and wifi was good.

Sadly the microwave in kitchen let the overall standard down. Was rusty and very dirty. The cheap vinyl flooring is not laid properly in either kitchen or bathroom.

Apartment was in a great location for Ayr town and The Racecourse. The lounge was comfy and bright. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a double pull down bed in the lounge if there were more than two guests.

A little upgrading, especially in the bathroom would be great. Outside area not very inviting but once inside its lovely.

It was clean and everything you needed was there

The entrance is poor and very off putting could do with a clean and removal of old letters etc the oven also had dirty oven pans in oven very smelly
