"A spacious and comfortable place to stay"

This is the third or fourth time that I’ve stayed in this place. It’s spacious and comfortable, and there’s also plenty of parking in the parking lot.

It’s on the 4th floor, and there’s no elevator. This is no problem for me, but it would be for someone who has difficulty with stairs.
