Cozy Flat with Parking well-placed near TLV Airport

This is the worst place I've ever stayed! It's like all the furniture was found by the road side. It certainly isn't cozy at all. It is disgusting. Not decorated and has a very depressing atmosphere.

Host made it easy to collect the keys and enter. It was the perfect location as a friend hosted a NYE party only a few blocks away. It fit our needs for avoiding traveling that night.

The bathroom needs a overhaul in regards to cleanliness. It should also be mentioned that the main bedroom is lacking a door to allow privacy between it and the other bedroom. The small bedroom is accessed through the main bed area.

Free check-in and check-out, no need to wait, look for anyone. Got detailed information with photos how to get there. Parking nearby. Liked the washer and dryer. In rainy weather, as now, without a dryer you can’t wash quickly. Spacious bedroom, good mattress, fresh linen. Excellent Internet, logged in on a smartbox and watched YouTube from the TV screen. Air conditioners work quietly, the apartment is warm and there are no unpleasant odors. Supercenter nearby, there are shops open on Shabbat. In the old town, 3 minutes by car, Arabic bakeries and shawarma. The kitchen has an oven, there are forms for heating. For one or two people the apartment is quite spacious. For the money that I paid, definitely a decent apartment.

Lacks cosmetic repairs. I had to lift my suitcase to the top floor, up the stairs. There is no elevator in the building. The bathroom is quite small.

The bedsheets and the bed were very clean. The kitchen furniture is decent. We had Tea and Coffee for free. The bedroom has a flat screen. The apartment is close to the airport, but you need to have internet in order to know what bus to take because information at all bus stations is provided only in hebrew and arabic.

The apartment has been cleaned, but is very old so you can see dirt traces in the bathroom and other spaces. The bedroom walls have been only painted half - not sure why :p Overall, the apartment looks as if someone has just moved out - everything is empty. The neighbourhood is not the best. WORST PART is that the bedroom was no actual room, it has been built from a terrace space. Both thermic and noise isolation are actually non existent. In the night we were very cold and were constantly scared by any car or airplane passing by. An idea for the host: maybe change bedroom with living room. I find this booking absolutely overpriced for what it offers.
